K.’s hierarchy of categories has evolved over decades. My kleptocracy folder is under Social Order directly: it could be under Social Order / civilization. Look at US fed departments: I think mine are far more efficient than theirs; but they’ll never be perfect, not while the system is alive.
Don’t forget, in 2006 there were 3,000+ modules at pk domains, now there will be 4,000: if I don’t write a single new one!
The concepts of civilization, government, and kleptocracy are distinct, but in practice, in this world, they overlap. In pk’s writing they are almost synonyms.
Civilization’s institutions chorus together their litany of lies.
