Past, No Future

Past, present, future: the arrow of time.
Einstein and Hawking see the arrow as reversible; Prigogine insists that it’s one way, and I am entirely on the side of Prigogine.
I see the arrow as truncated for the damned: the stupid, the in-adaptable: the doomed.

That’s how I see the future: reserved for those capable for learning from experience, capable of appyling intelligence, imagination, to scenarios.
Use the old God metaphor: Judgment.

Heaven is having another chance; hell is failing to have earned one.

Seems to me that some modicum of honesty is requisite to intelligence. If we look in the mirror and see not kleptocrats but Christians, we’re still in the same old trouble.
