2015 12 17 I dip, I try my toe in the water.
I’ve written a great deal @ K. over the last couple and a half decades about Sutter, about Custer: showpiece examples of kleptocracy. I just did a search-K. for “Crazy Horse” and got more than seventy matches, that didn’t pan out, they’re all for the moment lost. I’ll do something about it; but meantime, I mention one thing here: Crazy Horse transliterated from Lakota is Tȟašúŋke Witkó. Apparently that means not “crazy” horse but spirited horse!
Tȟašúŋke Witkó was a horse trainer, a damn good one we can bet.
